Brazil have taken four Flamengo players to the World Cup and are training at a high-end base in New Jersey, United States. The complex represents an investment of over 100 million dollars, about R$ 500 million.
According to Coluna Do Fla, the Columbia Park Training Centre in Morristown belongs to New York Red Bulls and was opened by the MLS club in April this year.
The site has eight pitches, Brazil will use two while the hosts retain the rest. The turf matches the surface to be used at the World Cup, developed by the University of Tennessee.
Brazil have access to a dedicated dressing-room wing, gym, recovery, rehabilitation and treatment areas, plus meeting rooms and an auditorium.
The complex also includes hydrotherapy pools, saunas and specialist changing rooms.
Flamengo have supplied Danilo, Léo Pereira, Alex Sandro and Lucas Paquetá to the squad. Brazil begin against Morocco on 13 June at 19:00 Brasília time.
