German giants Bayern Munich have added a fresh face to their vaunted attack at Allianz Arena after completing a deal for Liverpool and Colombian winger Luis Díaz.
The 28-year-old arrives in Bavaria in a deal worth up to €75m (£65m) in the wake of helping Arne Slot's side bag Premier League honours in 2024/25 during a brilliant managerial debut season for the Dutchman.
But after a summer of serious recruitment at Anfield, Díaz has sought out pastures new and will now join forces with fellow former Premier League stars Harry Kane and Michael Olise in the front line under Vincent Kompany.
Bayern have confirmed he will wear the number 14 jersey having penned a deal to 2029.
Díaz was ever-present for Liverpool since arriving from Porto during the January window in the 2021/22 season, scoring 41 goals in 148 appearances across all competitions for the Merseyside outfit, helping the club to four major honours as well as pushing the Reds to a Champions League final in his debut campaign.
