Our commitment to delivering exceptional fan engagement was this year recognised with a return to first place in the Premier League’s Matchday Fan Experience and Engagement Survey, reflective of efforts to provide an exceptional experience for supporters on matchdays at Gtech Community Stadium.
The 2025/26 season saw the successful implementation of digital ticketing and the first year of the club’s five-year rolling ticket access points (TAPs) policy. Both projects involved fan consultation throughout planning and delivery. We are grateful for our fans' patience and support during the implementation period and the club would like to thank members of the Fan Advisory Board and fan working groups for their feedback and input throughout the season.
The club also delivered a host of events for the club's community, including an exhibition celebrating 100 years of Brentford wearing red and white stripes, a junior fans forum with Keith Andrews, Nathan Collins and chief executive Jon Varney, and a matchday experience for women and families attending the Gtech for the first time.
We enter our sixth Premier League season in a strong position, but our aim is to keep improving. 2025/26 was a season of change, but our commitment to keeping fans at the heart of everything we do saw us make significant strides in how meaningful engagement with supporters builds loyalty, pride and belonging in the Bees community.
Our 2026/27 plan furthers our commitment to activity that keeps Brentford connected to our fans. We'll continue to take a proactive approach to ensure supporters feel valued, listened to and respected on what matters most to them, collaborating to create memorable experiences both on matchdays and throughout the wider season.
