The success confirmed that the Bees will compete in the Greater London Premier Division next season.
With South London having lost their clash with Kenningwell United 2-1 earlier in the day, the west Londoners needed a win to secure the title and made sure to do their part early on as Holguin struck twice in quick succession.
Running on to Hlek’s slick ball in the first minute, the striker took a touch inside the box and launched a powerful strike into the top-left corner for the opener.
She doubled the advantage a minute later. Receiving the ball from Matthews, Holguin turned and fired into the bottom corner.
Brentford had their third 15 minutes later as Matthews picked up her second assist, this time for Hlek’s goal. Matthews whipped a long-range pass from the midfield to the right side of the box where Hlek was able to beat the Holmesdale goalkeeper to the ball and lift it over her into the back of the net.
The fourth came soon after as Holguin added an assist to her earlier brace. After Holguin split the backline with a pass, Lesnard slotted the ball into the bottom-left corner.
Holmesdale managed to pull one back on 25 minutes, with Kayley Ellis finding the back of the net following a dangerous corner.
The fresh legs of Alicia Henry and Georgia Wood had an immediate effect as the latter assisted Matthews’ goal. Matthews received the ball on the left side of the box and found the top-right corner for the Bees' fifth.

Following a frenetic opening 45 minutes, the second half saw the game and shots on goal ease into a steady rhythm.
Just after the hour mark, Barbosa extended the advantage for the Bees, as her effort from distance cannoned off the crossbar and into the back of the net.
The full-time whistle signalled the celebrations as Brentford claimed the league title with three games to play.
Brentford Women B will return to JGMT Cup action this weekend when they travel to Cheshunt Football Club to face Premier Division leaders Leyton Orient (2pm kick-off GMT).
