Survey results were determined by responses from more than 37,000 match attendees who were surveyed across all Premier League clubs. Nearly 800 of these responses were from Bees fans.
Brentford’s overall score in the survey was 83.6 (up 0.5 from the 2023/24 season), compared to the average across the Premier League of 66.7 (down by 2.8 from the 2023/24 season).
The club was rated the highest in the league for the overall positivity of its fans towards the club, how welcome supporters are made to feel, the cleanliness at Gtech Community Stadium and the use of digital ticketing.
Feedback on the attitude and performance of club staff was also very impressive with scores for ticketing staff, security staff and the attitude and performance of staff in general ranked as the best in the league.
Significant improvements on the 2023/24 season included fans’ ratings of the food and drink at the Gtech, which is now ranked second in the league. Additionally, scores for supporters feeling that the club listens to them and the awareness of the club’s Fan Advisory Board both increased.
The club is also pleased to see that 93 per cent of fans surveyed agree that Brentford demonstrates its core values of togetherness, respect and progressiveness, with a similar proportion agreeing that the club provides an inclusive and enjoyable matchday experience for all supporters.
Sally Stephens, fan and community relations director, said: “We’re very proud that our ethos of ‘making a difference one fan at a time’ is continuing to improve Brentford fans’ experience and connection with the club.
“Our overall scores continue to track upwards, and we appreciate the feedback, passion and ideas from all our fan working groups that has helped us to achieve these improvements.
"We know there’s always more we can do, and we look forward to continuing to work with our fans to identify and implement those changes.”
