Eric Roy, in what could potentially be his last game as manager of Stade Brestois at the Stade Francis Le Blé, is without several key players tonight.
Brest face Lille OSC, who remain in the race for UEFA Champions League football. There is an experienced spine that is missing for Les Ty-Zéfs with Brendan Chardonnet and Pierre Lees-Melou both missing out through suspension. There are injury absences too, including Soumaïla Coulibaly. His absence, coupled with that of Chardonnet and Julien Le Cardinal, leaves Roy’s options at the back limited. However, there is the welcome return of Bradley Locko, who could make his first start of the season. He has recovered from an ACL injury
Romain Faivre and Mama Baldé are also out, although neither would have been expected to start ahead of Brest’s first-choice options. Ludovic Ajorque will once again lead the line. Abdallah Sima may have to settle for a place on the bench.
Marco Bizot; Bradley Locko, Abdoulaye Ndiaye, Edimilson Fernandes, Kenny Lala; Hugo Magnetti, Kamory Doumbia, Mahdi Camara; Mathias Pereira Lage, Ludovic Ajorque, Romain Del Castillo. (L’Éq)
