Pierre Lees-Melou remains absent for Stade Brestois as they host Olympique Lyonnais on Saturday evening. The Frenchman has not featured since coming off against AS Monaco towards the end of 2024. Whilst he won’t be in Brest’s midfield this weekend, he is nonetheless nearing a return, as confirmed by Eric Roy pre-match.

In his absence, Edimilson Fernandes will start in the holding midfield position. He will be flanked by Hugo Magnetti and Mahdi Camara. Jonas Martin, Julien Le Cardinal, Soumaïla Coulibaly and Bradley Locko (out for the season with an ACL injury) are all absent for Brest as they look to return to winning ways against Les Gones.
