Ferdi Kadioglu trained with Albion on the eve of their Europa League second leg against Tromso, while attention focused on Georginio Rutter's fitness.

According to TheArgus.co.uk, 20 outfield players were involved at Lancing, but Rutter was not among them.

Kadioglu had missed the 4-0 home win against Aston Villa on Sunday with what was described as a minor injury.

The group included Promise David, who is not eligible for the tie, and Matt O'Reilly, who has not featured in the squad so far this season.

Rutter has been lively up front this season, and was seen wearing a protective boot after the Villa win. Even so, he is not necessarily ruled out, although the signs were not promising.

If he is not able to make the second leg, Charalampos Kostoulas could be handed a chance to lead the line. Fabian Hurzeler will address the media on Wednesday afternoon ahead of a match that will decide whether the Seagulls can plan for Europe on a regular basis over the coming months.
