According to BuLi News, Brighton & Hove Albion have improved their offer for Tottenham defender Luka Vušković after his standout season on loan at Hamburger SV.
The club’s first proposal was around €35 million for the 19-year-old Croatian international. His form in Hamburg has made him one of Europe’s most sought-after young centre-backs.
He is understood to be impressed by head coach Fabian Hürzeler and Brighton’s record of developing young players.
There is said to be a verbal agreement between the player and Brighton, but Tottenham are reluctant to approve a transfer.
Negotiations between the clubs are ongoing, and it remains unclear whether the latest bid will be accepted.
