Albion will be in pot two for Friday’s Conference League group-stage draw, shaping who they can and cannot face.
According to TheArgus.co.uk, they could face Hearts. Tony Bloom has a 29% share in the Edinburgh club, who advanced on penalties against Rapid Vienna after two 2-2 draws.
Potential pot-three opponents include La Liga side Getafe, and Albion might encounter Luka Vuskovic’s beloved Hajduk Split.
They cannot be drawn against fellow pot-two teams Midtjylland, Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade), Gent, Panathinaikos or Pafos.
The strongest seeds in group one are Atalanta, Braga, Ajax, Monaco, FC Copenhagen and Freiburg.
From the lower pots, possible trips include Andorran minnows Inter Club d’Escaldes, Swedish champions Mjallby and Kairat Almaty of Kazakhstan.
There were play-off exits for Rangers, Motherwell and Hibs, and for Shamrock Rovers and Larne from Ireland, removing potential jaunts to Vienna, Rijeka and Thessaloniki.
Albion will play three home games and three away, with results determining their position in a 36-team table.
A top eight finish earns a direct place in the round of 16, ninth to 24th go into a play-off, and the bottom 12 are eliminated.
