Bruno Lage, out of work since being sacked by Benfica, was seen in the stands at Sheffield Wednesday on Friday, 8 May.
Record writes that he attended a charity match with Carlos Carvalhal, the club’s former head coach, at the stadium where Lage previously served as assistant.
Both managers are currently without a club. The game involved several of their former players and Liam Palmer, Sheffield Wednesday’s captain.
The Owls won 24-3, although the focus was raising funds. The occasion brought together generous supporters and aspiring footballers willing to try their luck.
Carvalhal, who has managed Braga, is a regular pundit on Sport TV. Lage has stayed away from the game to focus on personal and family life, though he has been linked with clubs in the Middle East.
