Bryan Zaragoza, 24, looks to be coming of age at Celta, his upturn dovetailing with three successive wins, most recently against Rayo Vallecano, sharpening European ambitions in a team with a clear, upbeat identity.

As reported by AS, Zaragoza chose Celta last summer to relaunch his career after an explosive breakthrough at Granada.

A hesitant start to the campaign has given way to displays that suggest he is channelling his audacity for the team and showing a defensive commitment that had previously been missing.

He had also impressed against Valencia and Sevilla, maintaining an upward curve without losing spontaneity.

On current evidence, Zaragoza looks a special player heading in the right direction.
