Drawn against Valencia in the Copa del Rey last 16, Burgos are the only Segunda side not facing a Supercopa participant. According to AS, the club has updated pricing after an early sale to season-ticket holders.
The club, led by president Marcelo Figoli, opened a December pre-sale for season-ticket holders before the opponent was known. Initial prices drew swift discontent among supporters' clubs, prompting a reduction. In the main stand, tickets were cut from 59 euros to 43, still without knowing who would visit El Plantío.
The club had reserved the right to impose new prices once the rival was confirmed for those who had not booked before the draw.
Following the draw, Burgos published the revised rates this afternoon, applying an average increase of five euros for season-ticket holders who missed the pre-sale.
For non-season-ticket holders, adult seats cost 65 euros at the top end and 53 euros for the cheapest options.
