Burgos to face Unionistas in Salamanca pre-season friendly on 29 July | OneFootball

Burgos will visit Salamanca to face Unionistas in a pre-season friendly at Estadio Reina Sofía on Wednesday 29 July.

According to as.com, for Javi Medina’s side it is the third confirmed warm-up, alongside dates with Gimnástica Segoviana on 15 August and Alcorcón on 18 August.

Another confirmed fixture is against Bilbao Athletic on 25 July at El Soto in Villarcayo. The first team’s official presentation is set for Saturday one August at El Plantío against Athletic Club.

Burgos also have Cultural Leonesa on Saturday eight August at the Jesús María Pereda ground in Medina de Pomar. A further date is pending in Torrelavega to face Gimnástica at El Malecón.

The squad begin training on seven July under new coach Sergio Francisco. The programme will total between five and six friendlies, centred on their training complex and across Burgos province, with exceptions in León and Torrelavega if the Cantabrian match goes ahead as compensation for last season’s sessions.
