Caicedo And Gusto Get 7.5 | Chelsea Players Rated In Narrow Win Vs Tottenham Hotspur

Chelsea faced off against Tottenham Hotspur at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier this evening as they hoped to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Blues made a good start to the contest and got their noses ahead in the 34th minute when Joao Pedro found the back of the net. Enzo Maresca’s men went into the half-time interval 1-0 up on the scoreline.
The Blues sat on their slender lead well in the second half and secured a narrow 1-0 win in the London derby.
Sanchez made one solid save at the back and secured an important clean sheet this evening.
RB: Reece James – 7/10
He caught the eye at times on both halves and put in a strong performance for Chelsea.
CB: Wesley Fofana – 7.5/10
Fofana gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the pitch and made some good runs with the ball.
CB: Trevoh Chalobah – 7/10
Chalobah dealt with the danger when needed and would be quite pleased with the clean sheet.

LB: Marc Cucurella – 7/10
He performed his defensive duties well but struggled to make an impact going forward.
CM: Malo Gusto – 7.5/10
Gusto was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.
CM: Moises Caicedo – 7.5/10
He anchored the midfield with conviction and engineered two inviting chances in the final third. Caicedo has got an assist to show for his efforts.
RW: Pedro Neto – 6.5/10
Neto managed to shine at times on the right flank, but there was no goal for him.
CAM: Enzo Fernandez – 7/10
Fernandez managed to create some decent chances for his teammates in the final third.
LW: Alejandro Garnacho – 7/10
He used his pace well at times on the left wing, but failed to find the back of the net.
ST: Joao Pedro – 8/10
Pedro was a constant menace up top and managed to score the only goal of the game in the 34th minute.

He wasted a glorious chance to score late in the game.
