Call notice: extraordinary meeting on 18 August

The President of the Deliberative Council of Avaí Futebol Clube, in the exercise of his powers and pursuant to article 39, I, of the Bylaws, hereby summons the members of the Deliberative Council to an Extraordinary Meeting, to be held on August 18, 2026, Tuesday, at 7:00 p.m., on first call, with the presence of a simple majority of the council members entitled to vote and, on second call, at 7:30 p.m., with any number of council members, to take place in person at the club headquarters located at Av. Diomício Freitas, 1000, Carianos, Florianópolis/SC, Ressacada Stadium, to deliberate on the following agenda:

Reading and approval of the minutes of the previous meeting;
Proposal and deliberation on the awarding of the Saul Oliveira Medal for the year 2026;
Admission of new Council Members;
General matters.Notes:* This meeting is exclusively in person, and no hybrid format will be adopted, with only a simple virtual broadcast available to council members interested in following the meeting, the link for which will be sent to council members by email by the date of the meeting; therefore, speaking/voting rights and attendance registration will not be authorized for those who are not physically present;* To ensure proper receipt of the access link to follow the virtual broadcast, please check with the club’s secretary whether the council member’s registration details are up to date;* Access to the virtual broadcast will be provided through the Teams platform, and interested parties should verify in advance that the platform is correctly installed on their electronic device; conselhodeliberativo@avai.com.br
