El Periódico Mediterráneo reports that Ousmane Camara has been shortlisted for September’s LaLiga Hypermotion player of the month after a standout spell with CD Castellón, and supporters can take part in the vote.

His impact began with the 2-0 win over Albacete, where the Guinean struck the opener then set up Isra Suero for the second.

At Montilivi against Girona, he did not score but his efforts led to the key moments. Parried shots of his preceded goals from Agustín Sienra and Álvaro García, decisive in the comeback though not recorded as official assists.

Most recently he netted twice in the 5-0 victory over Tenerife, claiming the third and fifth. Castellón remain leaders on 16 points from 18, with three September wins that brought nine goals for and one against.
