Hibernian beat Falkirk 3-1 at the Falkirk Stadium as Josh Campbell struck twice inside 20 minutes and Jordan Obita added a third, consolidating fifth in the Scottish Premiership's Championship group.

Campbell opened the scoring in the third minute, heading in from close range after Obita's cross following a corner. He made it two (20.) with another header from Martin Boyle's delivery, before Obita swept in a third from Felix Passlack's cross (40.).

The Bairns saw 67.8% possession and eight attempts but registered only one effort on target. Hibs were efficient, hitting four on target from 10 attempts and making 37 clearances as they protected their lead.

After Ben Broggio replaced Finn Yeats (59.), Filip Lissah went off injured (70.). Moments later, Broggio pulled one back with a right footed strike into the top left corner (72.) from Brad Spencer's pass.

A stop-start first half featured several treatment breaks, adding to Falkirk's disruption before the interval.

Next, The Bairns visit Hearts. Hibs travel to Rangers.
