Bazoumana Touré is Emerse Faé's luxury joker. The 19-year-old has come off the bench twice at the CAN 2025 and found the breakthrough each time.
A product of ASEC Mimosas, the young player joined Hammarby IF in Sweden at just 18. He later signed for Hoffenheim in Germany.
With two goals and five assists in 14 Bundesliga matches, Touré has earned his spot in the Elephants’ squad for this Moroccan adventure.
He played 22 minutes against Gabon, helping secure a 3-2 win in the group stage, then 17 minutes in the round of 16, netting a goal against Burkina Faso (3-0).
Now the question is whether Emerse Faé will trust him with a starting spot against Egypt in the quarter-finals, or continue to unleash his impact from the bench.
