Carabao Cup draw: Spurs, Chelsea, Newcastle and more learn second round opponents | OneFootball

Tottenham, Chelsea, Newcastle and several other Premier League sides have discovered their Carabao Cup second-round opponents.

Spurs will taken on fellow London club Charlton Athletic at home, while Chelsea will also play at home against League One Luton Town.

Newcastle are at home to Championship side West Bromwich Albion, while there is an all Premier League tie as Nottingham Forest host Leeds.

The second-round matches will be played in the week commencing August 24.

The Premier League sides in Europe will not enter the competition until the following round.
