Brazil coach Carlo Ancelotti has revealed that he closely follows the Premier League, where a large part of his future Seleção plies their trade. At 66, the Italian tactician keeps a keen eye every weekend on the performances of players who might be called up, fully aware that the English league has become one of the main breeding grounds for modern Brazilian football.

In a recent interview, Ancelotti even ventured to make a prediction about the English title.

"Who will win the Premier League? Arsenal. I'm a fan of the Premier League and I think they've started the season very well," he said.

He praised "a solid team," built with consistency over several years.

The Italian also doesn't hide his fondness for clubs featuring his internationals:

"Of course, I support Arsenal because Gabriel plays there. But I also support Tottenham because of Richarlison. I'm behind the Brazilian players."
