Carragher blasts Salah: “He must apologize immediately!”

Sky Sports analyst and former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has once again singled out Egyptian international Mohamed Salah, following the fiery remarks made by the latter after the 3-3 draw between Liverpool and Leeds United on Matchday 15 of the Premier League.

Salah broke his silence by delivering harsh criticism of his coach, Dutchman Arne Slot, claiming their relationship was broken and expressing deep disappointment with his current role in the team.

The forward explained that he felt betrayed after being dropped from the starting eleven for the past three matches, only coming on as a substitute for a total of just 45 minutes played.

The Egypt captain also stated that he knows the ins and outs of the club perfectly after spending many years there, adding that Carragher would no doubt criticize him again the next day—a stance he says he accepts without issue.

Carragher slams Salah and orders him to apologize

“Listen, you are the king of Egypt, the greatest winger in Premier League history and I get that you feel wronged. But the truth is you’ve been awful and now you throw a strop only when it’s about yourself? ”

He continued: “Legends like Kenny, Rush and a few others would never have behaved in this way and he’s acting childish in my eyes.”

Carragher concluded by reiterating his criticism: “Why say this now? This is a time where he should be hanging his head in shame and apologising to Arne for his conduct.”
