Michael Carrick says Noussair Mazraoui should be available for Manchester United’s game against Bournemouth on Friday despite missing training through illness.
But defensive duo Mathjis de Ligt and Lisandro Martinez are again set to miss out.
Dutchman de Ligt has not played since November because of a back issue.
“It’s similar really and frustrating for him,” Carrick said on de Ligt.
“He’s obviously trying to work to get back but it’s just the back issue, really, that’s proving difficult. We’ll keep working as hard as we can, to get him back as quickly as we can.”

Carrick hopes to have Martinez back for the following game, however.
“Closer, a lot closer,” the United boss said on Martinez. “He’s getting there, so after this one I think he’ll be alright.”
But Patrick Dorgu will remain out for a longer period as he recovers from a hamstring injury.
