Corinthians will be without Carrillo and Jesse Lingard for the clássico against Santos at 16h on Sunday at Neo Química Arena, in the 25th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro.

The club said Carrillo has been managed for workload reasons, while Lingard is sidelined with a viral illness.

Fernando Diniz also remains without seven players. Breno Bidon is suspended, Yuri Alberto is in physical transition, André Luiz has a grade 2 posterior thigh injury, and André Ramalho is recovering from labyrinthitis. Zakaria Labyad is treating meniscus and anterior cruciate ligament injuries, Vitinho has a meniscus injury, and Kayke is recovering from a ruptured ACL.

Discipline is a concern, with seven players one booking from a ban: Gabriel Paulista, Hugo Souza, Kaio César, Kauê, Matheus Bidu, Matheus Pereira and Raniele. A yellow card would rule them out against Chapecoense in the next round, and Diniz is also at risk.

Corinthians start the round in 10th on 32 points. A win over Santos could see them finish Sunday in ninth place.
