CBF allocates Supercopa final sections for Corinthians fans

On the upcoming February 1st (Sunday), Corinthians and Flamengo will face each other at the Mané Garrincha Stadium in Brasília for the 2026 Supercopa do Brasil final. In light of this, the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) determined, this Thursday (8), the seating sections for both fan bases (split evenly) at the venue.

After a draw conducted by the CBF itself, it was decided that the Corinthians fans will be in the West and South sections of Mané Garrincha, while the Flamengo supporters will be in the North and East sections. As in previous seasons—since the tournament's return in 2020—the final will take place at a neutral venue (three times in Brasília—2020, 2021, and 2023), once at Arena Pantanal (2022), Mineirão (2024), and Mangueirão (2025).

Ticket sales details will be provided by both clubs in the coming days. It's worth remembering that, to reach the Supercopa final, Corinthians won the Copa do Brasil, overcoming the following opponents along the way: Novorizontino (third round), Palmeiras (round of 16), Athletico-PR (quarterfinals), Cruzeiro (semifinal), and Vasco da Gama (final). In total, they scored 12 goals and conceded three, with eight wins, one draw, and one loss.

Flamengo, on the other hand, secured their spot in the tournament by winning the Brazilian Championship, where they accumulated 79 points—23 wins, ten draws, and five losses, scoring 78 goals and conceding 27. The Alvinegro has one Supercopa title, which was won precisely against the Rio team in 1991, with a legendary goal by former midfielder and now TV host Neto, at Maracanã.
