Mellot was arguably the most consistent early, then red cards and injury checked him. Alberto led with authority. Brignani hit seven and improved markedly. Sienra competed when needed. Lucas Alcázar supplied energy and depth on the left.

Diego Barri was the fulcrum, tactically sharp and balanced, even playing higher when required. Gerenabarrena endeared with work rate, strength and a tidier touch than expected, shining in midfield and covering full-back. Doué delivered key first-half goals against Málaga and at Riazor.

Mabil produced better numbers than feel and looks sharper with fewer touches. Cipenga powered attacks with pace and improved decisions, alongside Cala, though international duty and the World Cup limited minutes. Jakobsen improved late from the second line.

Álex Calatrava enjoyed a breakout, posting 15 goals and eight assists. Suero was a potent impact option and an excellent crosser. Raúl Sánchez’s best outing was the last, and he should be the first signing next season. Camara imposed himself physically and led the press, finishing on 12. Álvaro arrived in winter to offer a reference and headed a neat goal.
