The Spanish Cup clash between CD Guadalajara and FC Barcelona was delayed by 30 minutes on Tuesday night.

The reason: an issue with a newly installed temporary stand. This structure was set to accommodate around 2,000 fans, but it still hadn't received all the necessary safety approvals. As a result, the gates remained closed less than an hour before kickoff.

For safety reasons, the authorities decided to push back the start of the match to 9:30 p.m., instead of the originally scheduled 9:00 p.m. The situation is now under control, as police intervened and entry to the stand was finally opened. The match is now underway.
