With millions of fans worldwide already, it appears Borussia Dortmund have gained another, and it's a big one! Popular singer Billie Eilish was recently seen wearing the team's 2022/23 home jersey.
As Dortmund plot a course toward UEFA Champions League football, they'll need all the suppport they can get as they approach the season's finish line.
The nine-time Grammy winner Eilish appears to be in Dortmund's corner as they hunt down Freiburg and aim to end the season on a high. The Birds of a Feather songstress was seen wearing BVB's black and yellow stripes from two seasons ago in a recent video. Eilish is currently on tour in Europe, and will be performing in Berlin and Cologne during her time in Germany.
The singer is not the first celebrity, and certainly won't be the last, to have worn a shirt belonging to a Bundesliga club, which is why bundesliga.com looks through the jerseys that have caught the eyes of some big names down the years.

The Dortmund love doesn't stop there, as English singer Louis Tomlinson - formerly of One Direction fame - was also seen wearing the club's colours on his travels. He opted for this season's home cup shirt, which was on display throughout BVB's run to the Champions League quarter-finals.
BVB's rivals Bayern Munich have some heavy-hitters of their own that are keen on the newly-crowned Bundesliga champions' colours. The Compton-born rapper and songwriter Kendrick Lamar once donned the Bavarian giants' famous red shirt.
Back in 2020, Bayern participated in the Human Race initiative run by partner adidas, with special-guest designer Pharrell Williams developing a range of jersey collections. The American musician, record producer and fashion designer came up with a pretty special kit for the Bavarians.

The relationship between musicians and Bundesliga jerseys is clearly a long-standing one, as legend Bob Marley demonstrates here with his Hamburg shirt from the 1979/80 season.
The love for Bundesliga football was clearly passed down the generations of the Marley family, although his grandson preferred the red of Bayern to the white of Hamburg.
Back to Dortmund now, where former actor and movie director Terence Hill wore the club's 2020/21 home shirt, which was gifted to him by former BVB striker Erling Haaland.
