Celtic are the Double winners!

Martin O’Neill’s side set the seal on an unforgettable season with a 3-1 victory over Dunfermline Athletic in the Scottish Cup final at Hampden to secure a league and cup Double.

Having won the Premiership title last weekend in dramatic style with a late win against Hearts, the Hoops duly lifted the Scottish Cup to secure the Double.

The goals at Hampden came from Daizen Maeda and Arne Engels in the first half, followed by Kelechi Iheanacho after the break.

And the victory at Hampden is also Martin O’Neill’s fourth success in the competition, with the Irishman having won it three times during his first spell as Celtic manager.
