CF Montréal acquire Viktor Radojević from Chicago Fire | OneFootball

CF Montréal have acquired defender Viktor Radojević on loan from Chicago Fire FC through the 2026 season with an option for an additional six months, the clubs announced Wednesday.

As part of the agreement, Montréal receive a 2026 international roster slot and Chicago receive $100,000 in General Allocation Money.

The 22-year-old Serbian youth international has provided one assist in 13 matches across all competitions for Chicago since signing a U22 Initiative deal last summer.

The left back arrived in MLS after playing across Serbia for Red Star Belgrade, Graficar Belgrad and FK TSC.

“We are pleased to welcome Viktor to CF Montréal,” said managing director, recruitment and sporting methodology Luca Saputo. “We were looking to add an option that matched the needs we had identified. We believe his profile will fit well within our group and that he will make a positive contribution to the team.”

Radojević is Montréal's latest summer signing following Chilean legend Alexis Sánchez, winger Dante Sealy, midfielder Dani Pereira and defender Brayan Ceballos.

Montréal are 14th in the Eastern Conference on 21 points under interim coach Philippe Eullaffroy.
