MIAMI — The start of the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup highlights This Week in Concacaf.

Additionally, Round One of the 2026 Concacaf Women’s U-17 Qualifiers will conclude this week, while 2026 Concacaf U-17 Qualifiers gets underway.

Here’s what is ahead for the coming week: 

2026 Concacaf Champions Cup

The 2026 Concacaf Championship Cup kicks off with five first leg matchups in Round One this week.  

The first three matches will be played on Tuesday, February 3, and the other two on Wednesday, February 4.

Taking place from February through May, the tournament will crown the Confederation’s club champion. Additionally, the winner of the 2026 edition will qualify for the 2026 FIFA Intercontinental Cup and 2029 FIFA Club World Cup.

Round One of the 2026 Concacaf Women’s Under-17 Qualifiers 

Round One of the 2026 Concacaf Women’s Under-17 Qualifiers wraps up this week, with the final matchday of the tournament taking place on Monday, February 2. The final day of Round One will feature six decisive matchups in Groups C, D and E.

The six group winners, and two best second-place finishers, will advance to the Final Round of the 2026 Concacaf Women’s Under-17 Qualifiers in March. The Qualifiers determine the four representatives for the FIFA Women's U-17 World Cup Morocco 2026.

2026 Concacaf U-17 Qualifiers 

The 2026 Concacaf U-17 Qualifiers are set to get underway this week. The region’s FIFA U-17 World Cup 2026 qualifying competition will follow the same format introduced for the 2025 edition, with a single round, and take place from February 3 through 12.

The competition will feature 34 national teams, which were split into eight groups. Each team will face every team in its group. At the conclusion of round-robin play, the eight group winners qualify for the FIFA U-17 World Cup Qatar 2026.
