Champions League 2025-2026: Final overall standings and teams qualified for the round of 16

The group stage of the UEFA Champions League concluded on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, following the matches of the eighth and final matchday of the season.
Eighteen matches kicked off simultaneously at 8:00 pm (GMT), on a decisive night that determined which teams secured direct qualification to the round of 16 and which will have to battle through the playoffs to reach the next stage.
Eight clubs clinched direct qualification for the round of 16: Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, FC Barcelona, Chelsea, Sporting Lisbon and Manchester City.
Meanwhile, sixteen teams finished the group stage in positions that send them to the playoffs for a shot at the round of 16.
Those teams are Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Paris Saint-Germain, Newcastle United, Juventus, Atlético Madrid, Atalanta, Bayer Leverkusen, Borussia Dortmund, Olympiacos, Club Brugge, Galatasaray, AS Monaco, Qarabag, Bodø/Glimt and Benfica.
