Santiago Gimenez is expected to lead Milan’s attacking line against his former side Feyenoord in the first leg of the knockout phase play-off.
It kicks off at 21:00 CET (20:00 GMT) at the Stadion Feijenoord in Rotterdam.
Coach Sergio Conceição will need to do without the suspended Yunus Musah, injured Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Warren Bondo, who is not eligible for the competition. It leaves the Portuguese manager with Tijjani Reijnders and Youssouf Fofana as his only midfield options.

The duo will be asked to support a very offensive trio, as Rafael Leao, Joao Felix and Christian Pulisic are all expected to start behind Gimenez.
Kyle Walker is set to make his Champions League debut for Milan.
Feyenoord have been going through a troubled week after sacking coach Brian Priske on Monday, and his successor, Pascal Bosschaart, should pick Julián Carranza to replace Gimenez up front.
The Champions League fixture will be available to watch live in the UK on TNT Sports 3, but live streaming via Discovery+ is also an option. The game will be available on Paramount+ in the USA.
