CHAN 2025: Four teams already through to the quarter-finals!

Four national teams have already secured their places in the quarter-finals of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2025: Tanzania, Morocco, Kenya, and Madagascar.On Friday, August 22, Madagascar will face Kenya in the quarter-finals, while Morocco will take on Tanzania at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium, which boasts a capacity of 60,000 spectators.Breaking down the group stages: Kenya topped Group A with 10 points, edging out Morocco, who finished second with 9 points. Tanzania finished first in Group B, also with 10 points, while Madagascar qualified as runners-up in the group with 7 points, surpassing Mauritania on goal difference.This tournament also serves as vital preparation for Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda, who will co-host the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations finals.
