Should Chelsea Boss Liam Rosenior Go For Fernandes?

Fernandes is a good tackler of the ball and can make the odd interception for his team inside his half. He doesn’t mind putting his foot through the ball when needed and is a good passer as well.

The Portuguese sensation can chip in by scoring and creating a handful of important goals for his team. Fernandes is primarily a box-to-box midfielder but can also fill in as an attacking midfielder if required. He is already quite familiar with the Premier League and won’t take much time to adjust to life at Chelsea.

Fernandes would undoubtedly enhance the quality of Liam Rosenior’s midfield department. He has what it takes to challenge for a regular first-team spot at Stamford Bridge in the coming years.

At 21, Fernandes has the potential to be a world-class player in his position someday as long as he continues to improve with each year. He is good enough to help Chelsea compete for a top-four spot in the Premier League next season.
