Chelsea are apparently aware of Nicolas Jackson’s transfer value dipping across this season as he’s rarely played for Bayern Munich.
He might have been getting some appearances off the bench, but he’s rarely been a starter and on the occasion, has not even made the squad. It’s very clear that Bayern are not too impressed with him as a player and will not be signing the striker permanently.
Jackson for me has never been quite good enough anyway. He’s not a bad striker, for sure, but I think he’s a better winger anyway but also, he’s just not that great. This season for me has once again proven that even more. If he was that good, Bayern would be trying to sign him on a permanent deal, no?

Nicolas Jackson is set to return to Chelsea this summer, but his representatives are already deep in talks with intermediaries about a potential move away from Stamford Bridge, TEAMtalk reports today.
They claim that Jackson’s camp is actively working with trusted intermediaries to assess all available options, and the level of interest in the Chelsea frontman is nothing short of intense.
Chelsea also apparently acknowledge that Jackson’s market value has dipped following his stint in the Bundesliga, the substantial loan fee received from Bayern has softened the financial blow.
