Chelsea have added another goalkeeper to their growing ranks with the signing of Mike Penders from Genk.
The deal is worth a reported £17m but the 19-year-old will immediately be loaned back to the Belgian side for the current campaign.
However, his long-term future will be at Stamford Bridge, where he has signed a deal until the summer of 2032.
Penders is regarded across the continent as one of most exciting goalkeeping prospects in the game.
The Blues are well stocked in that position as things stand.
Robert Sánchez and Filip Jörgensen are set to share league and cup duties this season, Kepa Arrizabalaga has been linked with a move to Bournemouth but also have Ðorde Petrović, Lucas Bergström and Marcus Bettinelli in their ranks, while Gabriel Slonina and Eddie Beach will return from loan spells next summer.
