Chelsea could make move for Juventus’ wantaway striker Dušan Vlahović | OneFootball

Chelsea have already signed Liam Delap this summer. The Englishman joined from Ipswich Town and has already featured for his new club at the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup. However, Sacha Tavolieri understands that the Premier League side could yet make a move for another centre-forward during the current transfer window.

Chelsea have notably been linked with Eintracht Frankfurt’s Hugo Ekitiké, whilst reports in France have revealed that RC Strasbourg Alsace’s Emanuel Emegha will join the Blues next summer. Dušan Vlahović (25) is a long-term target, too, and an option that could be revisited, according to Tavolieri.

The journalist understands that it has been agreed that the Serbian will leave Juventus this summer. That is the player’s wish and that of the club. Chelsea are following Vlahović’s sitauation and could yet make a move.

The centre-forward has recently rejected offers from Turkey, however, Tavolieri understands that Vlahović would also be open to a move to Saudi Arabia.
