Chelsea learn Champions League fate this Friday with opponent options down to 2

Chelsea will learn who they will face in the next round of the Champions League this coming Friday, with two options left.
This week we have seen some of the play off games take place, with clubs looking to get through into the round of 16, joining the likes of Chelsea and many others already there.

Chelsea have learned that they could now either face Newcastle United from the Premier League, or French giants Paris Saint-Germain, in the first knockout round of the competition.

The draw with take place this coming Friday the 27th February at approx 11am (UK).
The current Schedule is:
1st Leg: AWAY. 2nd Leg: Stamford Bridge.
Either side would present a very tough fixture for Chelsea, of course, especially doing it over two legs. Newcastle have hit some fine form in this competition and are also starting to look more of a force now after stuttering a lot earlier this season. Whilst the threat that PSG pose just goes without saying.
Chelsea have of course already had major joy against PSG lately, turning them over in the Club World Cup final to win that in the summer of 2025. So they will not be fearing either side here.
It’s vital for Chelsea that Moises Caicedo stays under control in the games in the next few weeks, for a very good reason connected to what you see above.
