One Chelsea legend Gary Cahill was at the match and he has hailed one key player in the game as being one of the best in Europe after his influence on the match.

Cahill wasn’t the only one praising this player as well, with team mate Pedro Neto joining in and picking up on the character of the Chelsea hero from Friday night.

Chelsea will now move on to their final league game of the season next weekend away at Nottingham Forest, and it’s another game they have to win the secure Champions League qualification.

As well as Cahill. Cesar Azpilicueta is another Chelsea legend, but this one is still playing the game.

The full back is a fan favourite at Chelsea and was in tears when he left the club. He went back to his native Spain and has been playing for Atletico Madrid.

The right back is leaving his club

As per Fabrizio Romano, Azpilicueta will play his final game at the Metropolitano this Sunday, not extending his contract with Atlético.

But he won’t return to play for Premier League clubs out of respect for Chelsea. He can stay in Europe with good project or move to another continent.

How incredible is that? What a guy he is.
