Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez risks creating more rumours by simply attending a tennis match in Madrid this week.

Obviously this is all going to be completely legit, and the Blues midfielder goes to watch the tennis there every year. But with everything that has been said and reported over the last few weeks, it is only going to add fuel to the fire of the rumours that Fernandez wants to play for Real Madrid!

I mean, most players want to play for Real Madrid, lets be honest. But recently Fernandez admitted that Madrid is a City he would love to live in. I mean, it’s much warmer than London, lets be honest here!

But Fernandez has innocently gone to watch some Tennis there this week, and he has been afforded some time off by interim manager Callum McFarlane.

As you can see above, Fernandez is joined by his Chelsea team mates, Marc Cucurella and Joao Pedro, in Madrid yesterday.

As reported on X, Chelsea have given permission for Enzo Fernandez to travel to Madrid to watch Tennis with Cucurella and Joao Pedro. Interim coach McFarlane has given the players a couple of days off after beating Leeds.
