Paris Saint-Germain’s decision to part ways with Randal Kolo Muani means they will need to find a new No. 9 to pair with Gonçalo Ramos in attack, whether that happens in January or next summer.
Kolo Muani has played just 453 minutes across all competitions this season, mostly as a substitute. His future at the club became even more uncertain after he was excluded from PSG’s squad for the final three matches of 2024, sparking rumors about a potential departure.
One player PSG could target is Juventus striker Dušan Vlahović. According to CaughtOffside, Juventus is set to discuss Vlahović’s future in February, with an asking price of around €65 million for the Serbian forward, who has yet to sign a new contract.
Arsenal and Manchester United are also reportedly interested in Vlahović, and PSG has now joined the list of clubs monitoring his situation during this uncertain period.

Times Sport reports that Chelsea are considering a move for Vlahović. A recent report from David Ornstein on The Athletic FC Podcast suggests that the Gunners are not actively pursuing a move for Vlahović, and a potential loan deal for the Juventus striker seems unlikely.
“You see names like Vlahović they tried to sign him in the past,” Ornstein said. “It didn’t happen when he went to Juventus. It seems Juventus are ready to part with him and they’ve brought in Randal Kolo Muani which is a further indication that it’s not been going well for Vlahović. Say Arsenal want to loan a player in the January transfer window, they can only do an overseas loan because their domestic Premier League places are already full.
“If they were to look to someone like Vlahović, I don’t know if Juventus would be ready to loan him out. They want a sale from what I’ve been told. Now, that could be a loan to a club with an obligation to buy. It’s the same thing as a sale. But immediately, that would commit you to finances in this cycle of PSR (Profit and Sustainability Rules). My early inquiry suggested he’s not a player that [Arsenal are] particularly hot on at the moment.”
