Where are the Dasilva brothers, who all signed for Chelsea at the same time, now?
Cobham Training Centre is the home of some of the brightest young stars in football, and Chelsea have been credited with being the starting point for a lot of players' careers.
The likes of Declan Rice, Nathan Ake, Mason Mount and Dominic Solanke are all recent examples of Premier League stars who have come through the youth system at Chelsea. It's safe to say, if you find yourself playing there as a junior, there's plenty of potential to blossom into a superstar.
Therefore, when a trio of brothers arrived at the club aged 12 and 13, all brought over from Luton Town for five-figure sums in January 2012, it began to generate some buzz.
Not often do brothers get to share the pitch, but twin brothers Rio and Cole, alongside older sibling Jay Dasilva, all had the opportunity to whilst they were youngsters at Chelsea.
Unfortunately, none were able to make a first-team appearance for the Blues, which saved the Premier League giants an extra million quid, but all three have gone on to play elsewhere since departing. Here's where the Dasilva brothers are now...

Older brother Jay is arguably the name that most people have heard of out of the three brothers, as the 27-year-old has been able to carve out a rather successful EFL career since he departed Chelsea permanently in 2019.
The left-back had a couple of loan spells at Charlton Athletic and Bristol City before joining the latter permanently. At Ashton Gate, Dasilva made just shy of 150 appearances before moving on to fellow Championship outfit Coventry City in 2023.
Dasilva has not yet scored for the Sky Blues since he arrived at the club, but played a part defensively in Coventry's run to the FA Cup semi-finals in his first season and then in the Championship play-offs last year, playing every minute in their aggregate loss to Sunderland.
The 27-year-old is yet to make his bow in the Premier League, but given how well the Sky Blues are doing currently under Frank Lampard, it may not be long before the five-time Welsh international gets there.
Both of Jay's younger brothers are enjoying their time currently in the non-league circuit, with right-back Cole currently playing for Southern Premier League Central (Step 3) side Bishop's Stortford.
Cole spent a little longer in the Chelsea youth setup than his twin, Rio, but also didn't make a first-team appearance before switching to Brentford to play in their B team for a couple of years.
After that, he spent some time in Croatia with HNK Sibenik, before returning to England a year later to play for the likes of Oxford City and Hemel Hempstead Town in the National League South.
After 12 appearances in Step 2 across both sides, Cole bounced around sides in Step 3 for a little, before finding his way to Step 4 outfit, Bedford Town, ironically, 10 days before his twin, Rio, joined him.
Both the Dasilvas played a small part in kickstarting their back-to-back promotions, which now see Bedford compete in the National League North, but Cole moved laterally to Bishop's last summer, where he still plays today.
Rio spent the least amount of time in the Chelsea academy, departing in 2016. Unlike Cole, he didn't spend any more time in academies or abroad; instead, he bounced around non-league clubs.
The longest stint he's had at one club was at Hitchin Town, where he spent four years between 2019 and 2023 after departing Dunstable. In 2023, he had his first stint at Bedford Town, and his return to the club with his brother was sandwiched in between a few months at Kempston Rovers.
Unlike Cole, however, Rio has continued to play his football in Step 4 since achieving promotion with the Eagles, at the likes of Barton Rovers, Stotfold, and now Leighton Town, where he's an important player in the side currently top of the Southern League Central Division One.
Unfortunately, the teenage dream of playing regularly in the Chelsea set-up together wasn't realised, but it's great to see all three still playing regularly at different levels of the football pyramid.
Both Rio and Cole have played together. Whilst unlikely, it'll be something to see all three brothers playing organised football together one day towards the back end of their careers.
