Chelsea are now in Asia for the second leg of their overseas pre-season tour. First up is the Serie A side on Wednesday evening, before heading to Indonesia next to face AC Milan.

Alonso's side head into the Juventus friendly following a 2-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, ensuring their Australia trip concluded with a loss.

After arriving in Hong Kong, Chelsea have been joined by several more squad members. New signing Danny Welbeck and Mykhailo Mudryk, who is available to play again after his doping case was resolved, have linked up with the squad.

Meanwhile, Pedro Neto, Geovany Quenda and Mike Penders have also bolstered Alonso's squad as they ramp up preparations for the upcoming season.

Post-Spurs, Alonso admitted although Chelsea want to win all their pre-season games, that is not the most important aspect for the Blues currently.

Chelsea named a strong starting side against Spurs, and Alonso has done the same in Hong Kong to face Luciano Spalletti's Juventus.

Robert Sanchez is fit enough to return in goal for Chelsea after missing the Spurs defeat due to a minor problem, as he reclaims his spot to replace Teddy Sharman-Lowe.

Wesley Fofana and Tosin Adarabioyo partner up in defence, with Marco Palestra and Jorrel Hato either side. Levi Colwill is absent from the matchday squad after sitting out of team training on Tuesday.

Geovany Quenda is handed a start, while Danny Welbeck will make his first unofficial appearances for the Blues since joining from Brighton and Hove Albion.

Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens are given the nod in Hong Kong, while Cole Palmer is out, like Colwill due to minor issues and precautionary absences.

Mykhailo Mudryk makes the bench for the Blues, with Alonso hinting ahead of the friendly that the Ukrainian will play some minutes against the Italian side.

Moises Caicedo is lined up in midfield alongside Mahdi Nicoll-Jazuli, 16, who has impressed both Alonso and his teammates, including Palmer, whilst on the tour.
