Chivas are reportedly close to completing the signing of Mexican full-back Alan Mozo.
Mozo, who currently plays for Pumas, is said to have been drawn to the Rojiblancos as he aims to try and make the Mexico squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
However, the 25-year-old defender has had some disciplinary issues in the past and a clause will reportedly be inserted into the contract to act as a deterrent.
According to Rebaño Passion conversations between Chivas and the player’s representatives have gone well and all that remains is official confirmation from both clubs.
Chivas were knocked out of the Liga MX Clausura quarter-finals in a 2-1 defeat to eventual winners Atlas.
