After their victory over Necaxa at the Estadio AKRON in Week 17 of the 2025 Apertura, the Rebaño Sagrado's fate in the playoffs has been sealed.

Guadalajara finished the regular season in fifth place in the Liga MX Femenil with 33 points, setting up a quarterfinal match against Toluca. The first leg will be played at the Fortaleza Rojiblanca, while the series will conclude at the Nemesio Diez Stadium. The specific dates and times are yet to be confirmed.

El Chiverío and Las Escarlatas have a history in the Final Stages, having met at the same quarterfinal stage in the AP21 and CL23 tournaments. On both previous occasions, it was El Rebaño that advanced to the next round.
