On Monday, December 15, Guadalajara officially began its preseason preparations for the 2026 Clausura, with the team undergoing the mandatory medical and physical examinations, a fundamental step in preparing for the upcoming tournament.

Early in the morning, the Rebaño Sagrado players, divided into four groups, reported to a clinic located a few blocks from La Minerva to undergo a series of strength and laboratory tests, which allow the team to assess each player's health and physical condition after the break.

After these morning medical procedures, the same four groups of Rojiblancos attended Verde Valle in the afternoon, where they underwent rehabilitation tests and physical examinations.

These tests are key for the coaching staff and performance department to establish individual and collective parameters, as well as to optimally plan the workloads that will be implemented throughout the preseason.

With this first day of activities, Chivas kicks off its preparation for the 2026 Clausura, not forgetting that next Wednesday it will travel to Isla Navidad for the most demanding stage of its training, focused on reaching the best physical and soccer conditions for the start of the next Liga MX tournament.
