This morning, Guadalajara’s U-19 side played the second leg of the CL26 Quarterfinals against Toluca. Despite the effort and resilience shown, they fell 3-0, a result that sent the Diablos through to the Semifinals with a 3-2 aggregate score.

The match quickly became an uphill battle for the Rojiblancos, who conceded twice in the 17th and 22nd minutes. After those goals, Guadalajara refused to back down and kept pressing forward; however, in the 61st minute, Toluca scored a third goal to seal their qualification.

With this result, Guadalajara’s U-19 team concludes its participation in the CL26. They will now take a few days off before beginning preparations for the next tournament.
