You’re about to see why it always pays to be good with both feet.
The United States women’s national team hammered Costa Rica 6-0 in a qualifier for the Olympics on Monday, and the pick of the goals was scored by Christen Press.
With fewer than four minutes on the clock, the 31-year-old sent three Costa Rican defenders for a hot dog before bending a left-footed effort exquisitely into the top corner.
Later in the first half she added a second goal with her right foot, and that wasn’t bad either.
Get working on that weaker foot, boys and girls.
