The Blues have been crowned champions of England for the first time since 2016 thanks to an unforgettable title-winning campaign.

We’ve picked up memorable wins along the way, including a 5-1 victory against six-time reigning champions Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium.

A dramatic late triumph over Arsenal at the Joie Stadium, and two 3-0 wins over Manchester United, have also provided special moments for players and fans alike.

Join us on Sunday 17 May at the iconic Albert Hall for a night dedicated to an unforgettable season.

Tickets are priced at £10 and fans can enjoy live music and special appearances from the champions and other guests!
